Director of Administration for Academic Affairs
The Director of Administration oversees all academic budgets and serves as the Academic Affairs liaison to the College’s business offices. The Director of Administration also manages faculty lines and recruitment, supports searches within Academic Affairs, coordinates reports on faculty workload such as Faculty Activity Reports, and provides oversight for events and initiatives sponsored by Academic Affairs.
Ms. Garza oversees all academic budgets and related faculty programs. She also manages faculty lines and recruitment. She joined The College of New Jersey in October of 2013 as a Program Assistant for the Office of Academic Affairs. Prior to joining the College, she worked as a Human Resources Manager for a healthcare publishing company. She is a native Texan and a proud TCNJ graduate, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She currently resides in Bordentown, NJ where she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
