The Assistant Provost for High Impact Practices and Student Support coordinates and supports college-wide academic programs and experiences including the First-Year Experience (First Year Seminar Program, Summer Reading Program, Placement Testing, etc.), Faculty-Student Collaboration (MUSE/COSA), Writing, Career Center, and the Center for Community Engagement.
Brittany Aydelotte serves as the Assistant Provost for High Impact Practices and Student Support where she coordinates and supports college-wide academic programs and experiences including the First-Year Experience (First Year Seminar Program, Summer Reading Program, Placement Testing, etc.), Faculty-Student Collaboration (MUSE/COSA), Writing, Career Center, and the Center for Community Engagement.
Brittany’s journey at TCNJ began as an undergraduate student and Bonner Community Scholar. She then worked in the Center for Community Engagement from 2009-2025 where she held several key roles, including serving as a full-time AmeriCorps member, Bonner/CEL Coordinator, and the Research and Special Initiatives Program Manager. Most recently, Brittany served as the Director for the Community Engaged Learning Institute where she oversaw various community engagement initiatives at TCNJ, including the First-Year CEL program, Introductory and Advanced CEL programs and the TCNJ Votes initiative.
Brittany earned both her Master’s Degree in Counseling and her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Secondary Education from TCNJ.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her partner. She loves playing yard and board games, as well as exploring new restaurants, farmers markets, and small businesses.
