LaMont Rouse, Ph.D. has over 20 years of higher education experience as an administrator focusing on institutional research, assessment, strategic planning, and accreditation. Dr. Rouse has presented at national and regional conferences on the best practices in assessment, and helping an institution create a culture of assessment
Dr. Rouse holds a doctorate in public policy and administration, a master’s in business administration with an emphasis on data analytics, two master’s degrees in public administration and public policy, and a bachelor of arts in political science.
Events & Communications Assistant

Annemarie Sanders has been a member of The College of New Jersey community since 2018, having previously served as Program Assistant in the Office of the Provost and Office of Collegewide Academics. She is currently the Events & Communications Assistant for the Office of Academic Affairs, where she provides support for initiatives hosted by the Office of Academic Affairs, Career Center, and Center for Community Engagement.
Outside of work, Annemarie enjoys arts and crafts, video games, and spending time with her friends, family, husband, and pet rabbits.
TCNJ Assessment Group
The TCNJ Assessment Group’s (TCNJ-AG) mission is committed to providing leadership in best practices in assessment. The TCNJ-AG will provide leadership with all large-scale institutional assessment efforts. The Group will help train administrative and academic units in data collection, data analysis, linking data to theory, institutional policy, and administrative practices. Finally, the TCNJ-AG will forge an evidence-based culture in which data lives to inform as part of an ongoing cycle of continuous improvement.

Cherese A. Telemaque, M.S.Ed. has been a member of The College of New Jersey community since 2016, having served in a variety of roles within the Treasurer’s Office and the President’s Office. She currently serves as the Associate Director of Co-Curricular and Leadership Development, where she is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for new students, parents, and guests through New Student Orientation and Welcome Week.
In addition to overseeing these signature transition programs, Cherese supports leadership development initiatives, including LeaderShape, and supervises the student Transition Leaders, working closely with them to foster connection, community, and student success.
Outside of work, Cherese enjoys shopping, reality TV, crafting, and spending quality time with her husband, two young children, and her family and friends.

Assessment & Special Projects Coordinator

Seth D. Zolin, M.Ed. has been at The College of New Jersey since 2008 having served in a variety of roles in both Residential Education, Housing, & Dining and the Brower Student Center. Seth is currently the Assessment & Special Projects Coordinator for Residential Education, Housing, & Dining.
In this role, Seth assists in the development and execution of TCNJ’s residential curriculum, “Grow the Lion, Grow the Pride.” Seth also works on the design, delivery, and analysis of departmental assessment efforts, including participation in the national ACUHO-I Benchworks Resident Assessment.
Outside of work, Seth is a self-described geek with interests in movies, tv, reading, and TTRPGs.
Senior Evaluation Coordinator

Corey Drake, MA (TCNJ ‘12, ‘13), has been with The College of New Jersey since 2014 and currently serves as the Senior Evaluation Coordinator for the School of Graduate, Global, and Online Education. In this role, Corey oversees data, analysis, and reporting used to ensure the health and sustainability of current graduate programming and other offerings aligned with the School, and supports research and data collection associated with program development.
In previous roles with the School of Education, Corey administrated the college-wide assessment system for teacher certification and accreditation, and served as the managing editor for the successful 2022/2023 AAQEP Quality Assurance Report for accreditation.
Beyond the College, Corey enjoys spending time with his family, collecting vinyl, playing games of all sorts, and live music (the stranger, the better).
